Come and go as you please during our four-day retreat.  This small venue will sell out quickly!Where:  The Springhill Suites in Lakeland is an all-suites venue.  The rooms can sleep as many as 6 guests.  Plenty of nearby dining and shopping experiences.      Start/End Time:  This event starts on Thursday at 10am and ends on Sunday at 5pm.  The crop room is open the following times:  Thursday 10am until midnight, Friday 8am until 2am, Saturday 8am until 2am, Sunday 8am until 5pm.

Scrappers RX

Water, ice and various snacks are provided all weekend.  You will be provided lunch on Friday and Saturday.  Breakfast is included for hotel guests.

Food

All attendees will receive a six-foot table for crafting.  Power is available via a power strip on tabletops.

Crop Space

All attendees receive a welcome gift and other doorprize drawings take place throughout the weekend.

Most vendors will be offering show specials and classes at the retreat.  Class details released on our Facebook page and via email prior to the event.  Classes may have additional fees.

Hotel Amenities

Hotel rooms are at your expense.  We have arranged a group rate at this venue of $159.00 per night plus tax.  Code provided upon confirmation of deposit/payment.   Rooms must be booked by 16 Jun 2025.

About this trip

The scrapbook event was great, it is the first event I've attended that there was plenty of space for your project that you're doing. Plenty of walk space so no worries of tripping over bags.  The food was good, and nice people. 

Melbourne/Viera Florida Sep 2025

We had a great time. Tammy and Stacy go ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. 

Crop room was spacious. Good lighting. 

Lots of classes. Loads of door prizes and give aways. Awesome table gifts. 

Definitely attending again. 

I didn’t stay in the venue overnight due to being in a good driving distance from my home.  This was my first time attending this event and enjoyed the atmosphere that the hosts put together.  It was a friendly, fun & productive time.  I’m definitely interested in attending future events.

Great time. Didn’t stay in the hotel as I live nearby. Look forward to the next retreat in January. 

I had a great weekend.  Our hostesses are the best  and the group is fantastic.  I would recommend their crops anytime.

We had a great time at this awesome location. Really enjoyed the Carlisle hotel and nearby restaurants. Will like to do this again in the future.

Sarasota Florida Aug 2025

We had a fantastic time made new friends and caught up with with some friends from other crops.  Saw some great new techniques. Everyone was eager to help if needed. Lots of free stuff and who doesn't want free stuff.  Great vendors if you need a product or two. Ready for the next adventure. 

We had a great time at this fantastic hotel. Loved the gift cards for meals. Excellent idea. Room set up was perfect with plenty of room to comfortably scrapbook.  Fun prizes, and lots of them.

Stacy did an excellent job. We missed Tammy and hope to see her soon.

We had a good time.  Accommodations were awesome and the food nearby was great.   Liked that we got a giftcard for food or the gift shop.   Not as many vendors.  This is the second year that the sponsers have not really been engaged in the crop.  Previously everyone won a door prize.  Not this year.  It was announced Saturday night more numbers would be drawn Sunday morning.   Stayed till noon, never happened.  Just disappointed. First year awesome!  Second year good, but definately not as good as the first.   Third, not as good as the second.  Hope they can turn it around!

Our crops with Scrappers RX are always fun and exciting.  We have such a great group of scrapbookers/crafters that
take our classes and shop with the vendors.  It is always a pleasure to be there.

We had a great time. The event was great and the vendors were awesome! Stacey did a great job with her helpers making sure we all enjoyed the crop. The hotel is the best. Clean, great service, food and safe if you are traveling alone. I will be going again next year.

Scrappers RX sets the best vibe for a retreat that is both relaxing and productive.  The atmosphere is Goldilocks - "just right" -- there is time to relax, learn something new, meet new friends, and work on projects.  Not too many snacks, not too few -- "just right".  The door-prizes are also "just right" - fun to look forward to, but not overwhelming in time or contest.  Location is "just right" - easy to get to, but far enough to be on vacation.  Thanks for a great weekend!

It was a great weekend. Fun times. Good group of people. Lots of fun learning new things

I had a amazing time. All the ladies were welcoming.  The 2 lunches provided we appreciated and offered a great variety.  Will definitely be booking with this group again.

Our hostesses are always the best.  We have such a great time with this group of ladies.  Laughing, little sleep and lots of creativity are always on the menu for the weekend.  I have been cropping with them for years.

This is one of my favorite weekends of the year!  It's always great to be around happy and creative people who share a common interest.  Renewing old acquaintances is always a treat. 

As always Tammy and Stacey hosted a wonderful weekend. The room was wonderful, everyone there seemed to have a awesome time and I can not wait for their next crop. The lunches were awesome as well. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. Love this location.

Had a great time and love the smaller venue, makes it a lot more intimate. Friendly group, tasty food, lots of snacks and got a lot done. Appreciate the vendors there too!  Thanks so much for a wonderful event!

Tammy and Stacy are amazing retreat planners.  I had a wonderful time and absolutely loved the laid back atmosphere and welcoming feeling that I got from everyone.  I loved the classes offered, the vendors were amazing and the space was excellent.  Absolutely wonderful weekend.  Definitely recommend to everyone!

I had a great time with old friends and now new friends. Great food. Room was a bit chilly. Overhead music was a bit loud at times, but I had the best time. Lots of fun and laughter. Oh yeah, some crafting was done as well. Loved the vendor. Spent a small fortune but it’s all good 

Attending a Scrappers Rx craft retreat is always a TREAT in itself.  Tammy and Stacy are fabulous hostesses.  It is 100% evident how much time and effort they put into making sure there is something for everyone.  My favorite part is they provide a casual and comfy vibe where you can chat with your tablemates or just put in your earbuds and scrap, make cards, enjoy working on a dots project or whatever speaks to you.  All are welcome at Scrappers Rx.  Hope to meet you at one of their events soon  =-)
